The Warrior Cup is a premier patriotic golf experience where the United States Army and United States Marine Corps go head to head in a Ryder Cup style competition at Atkinson Country Club, bringing together veterans, supporters, and the community for a day centered on competition, camaraderie, and purpose. Participants align with Team Army or Team Marine Corps in pursuit of Warrior Cup bragging rights, all while advancing a mission that delivers real impact. Proceeds directly support the Salute Military Golf Association New England, which provides rehabilitative golf programs, meaningful connection, and life changing experiences for wounded veterans and service members. From championship level play and a high energy patriotic atmosphere to food, drinks, awards, raffles, and sponsor activations, every touchpoint is designed to create value on and off the course. Whether you are playing, sponsoring, or attending, you are actively enabling veterans to reconnect, recover, and thrive through the game of golf. Choose your side, represent your branch, and be part of an unforgettable day of rivalry and impact.
Each player with receive a sponsor provided "Team" Golf Shirt, SMGA hat, and Swag bag as well as dinner after the round!!
Tournament Schedule
11:00 AM Registration, Range Session and Lunch
12:00 PM Team Photos, Pairings, Rules Briefing, and National Anthem
12:30- 3:30 PM 2 v 2 Tee Times
After Golf awards dinner followed by a sunset bagpiper performance;
Format :
2 vs 2 Match Play Format
Front 9 | Scramble Both players tee off select the best shot and both play from that spot until holed
Back 9 | Best Drive plus Alternate Shot Both tee off select the best drive then alternate shots until completion
This format introduces strategy, teamwork, and competitive pressure as teams move into the second half of the match.
